| Have you spotted the pattern? When you add a consonant suffix the base word doesn't change. When you add a vowel suffix, drop the silent e. Now add suffixes to the following to make new words. Remember to drop the e when adding a vowel suffix. (Note that y is regarded as a vowel suffix, so laze + y = lazy) |
