Spelling: Adding suffixes to words ending in y

* If the word ends in a
vowel +y the base worddoesn't change:
- delay + ed = delayed and employ + ment = employment
when you add any suffix except -ing,
then change the y to i:
- reply + ed = replied, busy + ness =
business
pity + ful = pitiful; but reply + ing = replying
